Returns Policy

You may exchange or receive
store credit most new, unopened items, with tags attached within 15 days of delivery. We must receive the item back within the 15 days. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), otherwise the customer is responsible for shipping costs. We can send you a label at your expense. If you would like us to do this for you, please email us at We can charge you over the phone or we can deduct it from your store credit.


Sale items 
All sale items, swim and jewelry are final sale.

If you need to return an item, please follow the steps below:

  • Place the item in a poly mailer or box
  • Create a shipping label online or bring to your closest delivery service (USPS, UPS, or Fedex)

We can ship to virtually any address in the US. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain  destinations.

If you are wanting an item shipped over $75, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance.

Pink On Main is not responsible for:

  • Orders marked with the incorrect address. Our system automatically places the address on the label when we ship your order. Please be sure it is correct when placing your order.
  • Delays in shipping. We pay for shipping for orders over $100 and ship first class USPS unless the weight is over 1lb. If your order is taking longer than normal, please contact USPS with your tracking number.
  • Packages that are damaged or lost in route. The shipping service will be responsible. Customers can always pay for insurance on their order, but Pink On Main doesn't pay for extra insurance.
  • Packages stating delivered but have not been received. Please contact the shipping provider for help with your package.
