Returns Policy

You may exchange or receive store credit most new, unopened items, with tags attached within 15 days of delivery. We must receive the item back within the 15 days. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), otherwise the customer is responsible for shipping costs. We can send you a label at your expense. If you would like us to do this for you, please email us at contact@pinkonmain.com. We can charge you over the phone or we can deduct it from your store credit.

 

Sale items 
All sale items, swim and jewelry are final sale.

If you need to return an item, please follow the steps below:

• Place the item in a poly mailer or box
• Create a shipping label online or bring to your closest delivery service (USPS, UPS, or Fedex)
